"we came into a restaurant with no inside kitchen. we booked an evening meal when my in-laws came from the state. our reservation was confirmed and we were thrilled to try it. when we arrived, they told us that they are currently only taking out and that they are no longer using open table. no apologies and only very rude. I told them that our reservation was confirmed and they just said, "we don't know why we use this app longer." and, no excuse, no regret. we traveled there with quiet and had to swing to another restaurant last minute. I hope more open table can do something to ensure that the available restaurants are actually available."
