"We went to Raise on a Friday night for some small plates. The happy hour menu advertised a 3 for $29 small plate special, which we opted for the small plates were imaginative, but nothing to really write home about. Unfortunately, we were sat right in the middle of a large group of after work happy hour goers, and could not have a conversation due to the sheer volume of the restaurant. Chicken Buffalo sandwich was excellent, and the sauce with the Thai meatballs was very flavorful. Sadly, we were charged full price for the small plates, instead of the advertised special due to the noise level, we decided just to pay instead of trying to communicate the error."
