"We finally got the chance to try Assaggio's out the other day, and it was better than we ever expected. We got a meat lovers pizza, fried ravioli, and the garlic knots. The fried ravioli was hands down the best fried ravioli I've ever had. All of thestaff was super nice, and asked us a few times to make sure we were happy with our food. The staff was also very helpful withhelping us figure out what we wanted to eat. I highly recommend trying Assaggio's, if you are anywhere near Fuquay!"

"It was our first visit, and we'll definitely be back. It's Italian food, but it's creative and not family style. I had the squid dish, and my husband had the far diavolo seafood dish. But were yummy, but my favorite was their homemade focaccia bread with his homemade molecular butter in a seasoned olive oil. Completely yummy and creative! They also offer an impressive Wine Enthusiast wine list with a complete bar and patio! We drove about 45 minutes to get there and it was well worth it! "I normally have no issues here. But today was sad. The girl who took our order had a thick accent and I could barely understand and she didn't understand me either. So that's why my order was wrong. Plus I wanted to use an offer on their website that stated 20% off for two 18 in. Extra charge for items and specialty. But was told on phone it's only for cheese. In the restaurant behind the counter the offers are listed too, and even the homemade sign in store only said 20% off on 2 18'. Zero restrictions listed. We even ordered the same thing 3 weeks ago and got the 20% off. So I mentioned in the restaurant that the ad was misleading and another waitress who spoke clear English said, that's not what the coupon said, that she made the coupon herself. She even looked it up in front of me. Yet that is clearly what the coupon stated. So, she proceeded to tell me Door dash changes the coupons on their website....(I don't know how DD would have access to their website to be able to change it)...so I was like ok! Paid for my pizza and cheese garlic knots only to get home and have regular garlic knots. I will still order here but I just couldn't believe this experience. Cheese is a bit inconsistent, sometimes it's perfect sometimes it's lacking. I wouldnt drive two hours like I saw some other reviews said they did, but if your local I would still give the pizza a try... Check your order before you leave the restaurant...and check the coupons when you order..."

"I encountered two ladies working at the serving window, and one of them, who had blonde highlights, came to take my breakfast order. I noticed that before she grabbed my bread from a tray beneath the counter, she scratched her head and then proceeded to handle the bread without wearing gloves. I find this quite unclean and, frankly, disgusting. To the owner of this location, I strongly urge you to provide proper training for your staff on hygiene practices when serving customers."

"I was told when I moved to this city that this was the Place that people of a skin color other than pink weren't really welcome inside....but I just had to see for myself....Wow is all I can say....I wish I never stepped foot in there. The racism is BLANTANT...my first time there and as soon as I come through the door a pink lady whispers in my ear that I wasn't welcome here..I was like WTH..???
