"we had a really terrible experience after we had several excellent meals here before. while the two plates we received were delicious, the service was shockingly bad: they lied about as the appetizer came wrong, the half of our table received their meals while we were sitting there waiting and not a server came by to check for 30 minutes until the other two were done, we had still got our meals because they were given to another table. honestly, mistakes happen, but not a coworker came by to apologize for the several mistakes and waiting times, in which did the host instead curse us telling us what happened normal for the restaurant. if that is true, there will be more and more reviews like these. very disappointing and an experience that we hope to never have anywhere else."

"this restaurant had terrible service! you're a good man. first I called the restaurant and no one took off, so I got a voicemail that said that I should leave a message that they know my reservation information or I should make a reservation through open table. I decided to book this restaurant by open table for 26. juli at 18:30 o'clock. after the execution I have a confirmation email that my reservation has been set. So my friends and I come to the restaurant and it turns out that the restaurant was closed. I'm not here anymore, or he said that. a woman standing near the restaurant, saw our confused faces and told us that they also have a reservation for this restaurant without knowing that it was closed. soou, long story short, this restaurant ended the chaos on several people dinner plans because they did not tell us that the restaurant was closed, but they still allowed us to make reservations online. it's a shame because it looks like a very nice restaurant, but after this experience I don't think my friends and I ever come back."

"You should have a Lunch menu for Senior on a Thursday or a Friday, they donât like to be out to late and be open earlier on the the weekends. Too bad u donât have Champagne Brunches on the weekends only Thereâs hardly any breakfast places around and you have champagne and u can make a lot of different Mimosasâand you have the Saturday Farmers Market and other events down there."

"UNRELIABLE HOURS EXTREMELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE On Sunday, 10/31/21, at 3:30 pm I called to double-check their hours and an employee answered telling me that they do close at 8 pm. At 6:45 we tried to place an online order and the online system didn't allow us to do so. Then, we tried calling to which we received no answer. After calling a couple more times, someone answered stating Hello, this is the Region, we are closed I stated, I called earlier to confirm your time and someone told me 8pm the guy responded the employees who were supposed to close called off so we're closing early I stated that stinks, this is our second time trying to order on a Sunday where you all have closed early The line went quiet, I said Hello and the employee hung up. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of unreliability etc. within the food/customer service industry, but it truly upsets when the customer service is trash and you're being hung up on. This is the SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. The first time my husband and I actually DROVE ALL THE WAY up there (about a good 30-min drive) to be greeted with a makeshift sign stating CLOSED EARLY despite it being over an hour before close time!It is extremely unfortunate that we will not be giving our services to this restaurant any longer. It is also unfortunate that I have to leave a one star review seeing as though the burgers are delicious! This place has been a great go-to when my husband I are in the mood for a nice greasy and flavorful burger."

"I used to love this restaurant for many years, but that’s no longer the case. As soon as I walked in, the strong smell of bleach hit me, and it lingered on my clothes when I left. The roast beef sandwich, which now requires you to order double meat, had barely two slices instead of one. They piled on so much mayo that it was dripping off the sides. It was just terrible. After three bites, I ended up throwing it away in the nearest garbage can. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. It’s disappointing."

"I typically would've gave them 5 stars back when they stayed open 24 hours a day and I don't know if they got new people who bought this place or what but it isn't really the same as it use to be. I don't know. Their food is still good but it just seems a bit different. Maybe it's just that when your younger you enjoy things a whole lot more or in a different way... I don't know. Can't put my finger on it. I would definitely say eat here for sure though but make sure if you order a sub or sandwich if you don't like onions you better let them know or their mixture of oil, vinegar and spice or Oregano blend that they put on the subs because they saturate it with that. I think it's good and could eat it without them putting the oil and vinegar on it because I would likely choke on bread and it would be too dry but that's just me. I am quite surprised they aren't open 24hours anymore seeing that plant and workers who work night shift came there to order a lot on their breaks and lunch hour because nothing else is open other than McDonald's and most people don't want that so ... I dunno. I would give 5 stars if they were open all night again."

"The food taste great. You can really tell it's freshly made and the pricing was what really made it worth it. It's hard to find restaurants these days that don't sacrifice the quality of their food for lower prices or vise versa. We also talked with the owners and they're really nice and genuine. They are the type of people you want to see succeed in this industry. Just a couple All American folks if I had to sum it up and you can tell they really care about the quality and taste of their food. This restaurant is like a breath of fresh air compared to other places I've tried since moving here. The dinner aesthetic reminds me of places back home and the dog bowls were a cool and funny touch to it all. I loved this place and it's definitely on my list to go back. "Stopped in here for lunch today with a buddy. Asked him what he wanted for lunch since he was headed my way and I work out here. He said anything but ASIAN food, I've been eating that for the past 3 days and I'm sick of it! Say no more my friend I got the perfect place that I always wanted to try out! So we met at The Burger Shop. It's in part of strip mall and the restaurant faces RT 64 and I drive by it every day for work and this was my chance to sample the burger joint or should I say shop? We get there an we place our orders. I was hungry but I wasn't starving and I wasn't sure if I should get the double bacon cheese burger or single but I went with single. I got the burger with cheese fries and a small coke all for around $15. I take a seat and wait for my food and observe the dinning room. It's a medium size room and it could be cleaned a little bit better. There's a vent that's in the middle of the dinning room and it's filled with dust, I mean it's caked with dust, eww. It takes about 10 mins for our order to arrive and the girl that took our order brought our food to our table. I first dug into the fries. They were hot and fresh and crispy but HOLY COW they were salty af. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing but both me and my buddy were literally tapping the salt off the fries on the table before we dipped it into our cheese sauce. I'll try the fries again to see if they are salty af again but man there was a lot of salt on the fries. Next, I went in for the burger and I'm glad I got one patty as it was just right for lunch. Two patties would have put me into a food coma at work. The burger was flavorful, not too salty, and the toppings and buns matched perfectly to the burger. When comparing this burger to other places the best way I can describe the patty is if you ever made your own burgers using the bubba burgers from the grocery store then these patties are just like that. I'm not saying that's a bad thing but if you're looking for different patties like they use at FiveGuys then you won't find that here. Overall I'd give the burger a 7 out of 10 and I'll be back to try it again with the fries to see if they are really that salty."
