"The chefs are quite careless with their food preparation. I ordered a breakfast frisco at the drive-thru and hurried home to avoid the storm. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include any ham, and the sandwich was completely cold. I tried calling several times to address the issue but couldn't get through. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. 0/10."

"I wish I could give 0 stars.... The NASTIEST fast food establishment I 've ever been into. Stopped in to get lunch while my dad had surgery at the hospital up the road... Was told they weren 't serving lunch yet, I had to order breakfast... Immediately after ordering the menu switched to lunch... Ok whatever. In the half hour I was there I watched the ìdiot on the register touch cash and immediately turn around and touch people 's food. NO GLOVES, NO HAND WASHING.No wonder their health score was a 93?... The place was FILTHY! Saw numerous people come in after me and leave before me with their food while I continued to wait. It was a small simple order should have took 5 minutes max. Employees and their manager are rude, lazy and disgusting and I wouldn 't have fed that food to a stray dog. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself from food poisoning and go literally anywhere else."

"I've been to this restaurant multiple times. The food is amazing, but the service leaves much to be desired. The wait for a table, water, and the bill is excessively long. One server is responsible for at least ten tables. We spent over two hours there, with a significant portion just waiting for the basics. That said, the French toast is so soft and delicious that it makes it tempting to come back. We always leave satisfied with the food, but feeling frustrated with the service."

"I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! Lord was incredibly friendly, and the manager, Jenifer, who works the night shift, was outstanding—helpful and welcoming. The place was spotless, and it had a pleasant aroma that’s rare for a restaurant; it didn’t even smell like food. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. I will definitely be returning to this spot in Poplarville. The staff was exceptionally friendly!"

"My order included cheese and an extra charge without being asked. I was given a fountain drink cup, but when I requested the coffee cup that should come with my breakfast, I was told the meal comes with a soda and that coffee would cost extra. I ended up changing my order to just the sandwich. The female cashier was working under another employee's name on the receipt, and I couldn't read her name tag. Overall, the experience could have been much better."
