"Robert, our waiter was overrun by being the one of two wait staff on duty. He did his best and we could see that he was under extreme duress. Much respect to him. The food: I had the CFS and my wife had the flat iron steak. My entree was decent, not the best ever, but not bad. A different story for the flat iron. It came out sliced and was well presented on the plate. As soon as my wife cut into it, she said it was hard to cut and very tough to chew. That was because it had been seared for maybe a minute and was raw inside. She sent it back and it was returned about two minutes later in the same condition. Unacceptable. Robert apologized and asked if she wanted something else and she got the CFS. They comped her dinner, which was the right thing to do. Disappointing. Not sure if I would recommend."
