"The atmosphere felt uninviting. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our waitress never offered to refill our beers. We ordered fried pickles, but they were overcooked. I got the sausage dogs that were supposed to be infused with brisket, but they turned out to be just regular sausage dogs. My boyfriend ordered the Philly sandwich but didn’t finish it because it lacked flavor. There was no ketchup at our table, even though we had fries. We didn’t raise any complaints; we just settled the bill and left. There was another table nearby that was complaining about their food when we arrived. I believe the manager offered to remove a dish from their bill, but the customer declined. I really hope the cook was just having an off night, but to be honest, I was quite disappointed."
