"Being from Louisiana I was highly disappointed. I was lucky to have 8 shrimp on my po-boy that's 4 on each half. A original shrimp po-boy (dressed) lettuce, tomato, (good ole Blue Plate) mayonnaise and deep fried with a good crunch. I even made sure to ask for L,T,M I was told that's how it came and it definitely didn't. A shrimp po-boy is not fried with cornmeal and does not and never has had purple cabbage.
