"The restroom was extremely dirty and lacking seat covers. I found some in the out-of-order stall so I moved them to another stall. I noticed a restaurant employee using the restroom, indicating that staff were aware of the poor condition. My waiter was excellent, although without a name tag I couldn't thank him by name. I tipped him with my credit card, but mistakenly told my husband I had not left a tip, resulting in double gratuity. I ordered the Rib eye steak with double broccoli, hoping for a healthier meal, only to find the broccoli overly salted. The Lemon drop cocktail was simply fresh lemon juice, while the Blackberry margarita was enjoyable despite the second one being too sweet. The Titos punch was perfect. The bar seemed to be struggling, as my last drink took 20 minutes to arrive, long after my party had finished eating. The waiter apologized twice for the delay, unsure of the reason for the wait."

"Been waiting for 20 min at the front for a table when not only are there several 6 tops available, there are also 3 6 tops that have food on them that no one is cleaning, the managers (2) just walk around doing nothing at all, no help, no nothing. Theycould be cleaning of the tables but they are holding the walls up, as a previous manager of restaurants, this is poor Service.This is definitely something that should be addressed and fixed. It?s very annoying looking at all the tables available but theydon?t want to seat anyone due to them trying not to use one side of the restaurant and keep there table use to a minimum. Thisis the poorest thing I have every seen. Usually they are very fast with the seating and they are not busy at all today, it?s1:16 on a Wednesday and they are not busy at all. 1 star service. "This Chili's is always a reliable spot for a quick meal, catching a game, or hanging out with friends. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic, but once you're inside, the service is consistently good at both the bar and the tables. The food is delicious, and I've never encountered any kitchen issues; the dishes arrive promptly and as ordered. We often do takeout for game days at home, and the service has always been excellent, with the food being a hit. They also offer party platter options. "Used to love this place, but the last experience I had here was soo bad, I had to walk out, coffee in paper cup, too strong, chili looked like mushy dog food, and was room temperature, asked them to take the coffee and chile back, and was still charged, restaurant was filthy, with a bunch of kids working there, all goofing around and having fun at the expense of the customer, server was rude, and wired, got into a argument, so I payed for the food I had taken back and vowed to boycot Chiles, foreverand ever! "We were craving some chili since they were offering $6 Presidente margaritas for National Margarita Day. I ordered my usual Cajun shrimp pasta, and it was delicious as always. We enjoyed two rounds of margaritas, but the second round was quite watered down. However, Kehlani, one of the supervisors, kindly remade the drinks, and they turned out amazing! She explained that margaritas taste better when they're not shaken, and thanks to her excellent service, we tipped her more than our actual server, who was just okay. We'll definitely be back and will specifically ask for her!"

"As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was struck by the need for air conditioning. It was sweltering outside at 100 degrees, and I felt exhausted, hungry, and thirsty. The enticing aroma of food from the kitchen greeted me as I walked in. I noticed a few empty martini glasses at the bar, still adorned with salt on the rims. After sitting down and quickly glancing at the menu, I found myself distracted by the televisions mounted on the wall while waiting to place my order. After about 5-7 minutes, I decided to approach the bartender, who was prompt, friendly, and engaging. My food arrived swiftly, and the staff were all very welcoming. I opted for another beer, and I had no doubt that if I stayed longer, they would have continued to keep me content. The food was tasty, the service was good, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The prices were a bit steep, but that seems to be the trend these days. Overall, it was a lovely spot to relax, have a few drinks, enjoy a meal without the hassle of cooking, and have a good time."

"I had a craving for fish, so we decided to go to Chili's. They always have delicious grilled salmon. The server was polite and efficient. The food was freshly cooked for each order, which I appreciated. They use fresh ingredients here instead of frozen, which I prefer. However, we did have an issue with the payment device. When we went to pay, my husband noticed that our bill had been mixed up with another table's, so we had to ask the waiter to correct it."

"Chili's feels more like a backup option or a place you settle for when you have no better choices. I wish they would focus more on promoting their ribs and southwestern dishes. Honestly, half of the menu could belong to Denny's, and you wouldn't notice the difference. The bowl of chili was small and a bit dry – quite disappointing, really. It seems like a slightly overpriced bar that has a kitchen to accommodate families with kids. If you're looking for a spot to unwind and grab a quick bite while you're out and about in Laredo, then sure, Chili's works for that! But if you're seeking a restaurant worth driving into town for, I recommend looking elsewhere."

"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."

"Over the years we've frequented this location, our most recent experience was undoubtedly the worst. The fries were served cold, so we asked the employee for a fresh batch. Instead of apologizing and promptly bringing us hot fries, he asked, "Aren't they hot?!" He assured us he would get fresh fries, but then forgot about them entirely. By the time we finished our meals—disappointed with the small portion of the chicken sandwich—we had to ask our server for the fries when he brought us the bill. While our server was attentive with drink refills, the other guy, who also forgot my spoon when bringing out our soups, seemed more interested in chatting with the hosts than attending to his duties."

"We dropped in here for dinner and it was delicious as chipotle always is as we would expect from the chain. The Store does seem a bit smaller than your typical chipotle but it is still pretty much the same standard layout just on a more condensed scale. I didn’t realize that they had a watermelon lemonade until after I had already sat down and started eating but it looks so delicious and you can see it from the picture that is definitely on the top of my agenda for the next time provided that there’s not just a local thing and they have it in Ohio also. No we didn’t come in here at 8 o’clock in the evening and I’m sure these guys were swamped all day long because they were pretty busy while we were here too but the place could have the trash attend to a little bit more. By that I mean you can see in the pictures that the trash cans really are pretty full in the bathrooms a little bit overflowing. But make no mistake this place was clean and tidy and every other aspect. They were out of the hot tofu which is one of my favorites but everything else was delicious and I would give him a good solid double thumbs up"

"I went to Chili's today because my son specifically requested a molten chocolate cake. His birthday is in the next couple of days so we were having a special day today for it. We saw our server to take our order and then she disappeared. Someone else brought my son out his lunch and my appetizer soup that was cold. I spent 35 minutes waiting for the server, Nikki, to show up w my food and bring the chocolate cake my 4 year old already told her he wanted. As I was about to get up, she came out of the kitchen w my food. I must've looked about as happy as I felt, so she mumbled something under her breath and turned tail back into the kitchen. WITH MY FOOD. I loudly said to her back that I wanted to speak to her manager. This is why this review is 5 stars instead of 1. Eddie asked me what happened and was very apologetic. He talked w my son about his name which is unique (but not stupid) and how it's the name of one of Eddie's favorite wrestlers. He then came back w a birthday card and asked my son to spell his name so he would get it right on the card. He came back from the kitchen a few minutes later w a birthday card, an adult sized lava cake, and all the servers (besides mine) who sang happy birthday to my little buddy. Inside the card were gift cards and vouchers for free kids meals. Eddie definitely turned it around and my little man had a good time. In a world where most managers are God awful people, Eddie shines a bright light. Thank you to the staff at Chili's wolf rd for brightening my sons day. You know, except for Nikki. Maybe you should talk less in front of your customers about giving out your email address to male customers and actually do your job."

"I've eaten at Chili's for many years albeit at different locations. This evening was the first time at this particular location only because of shopping nearby and it was close to dinner time. The 3 stars is for the server who was awesome while being extremely busy. She took notice of my drink being almost finished while waiting for the food and brought me another without me asking. Bonus for that. The missing stars are because of the food. My child and I both ordered well done burgers. His was more done than pink unlike mine. Because I'm eating keto, I chose to use a fork and knife to cut into the burger itself without the bun. Good thing I didn't just bite into it. The only brown on my burger was the outside that shows. The inside looked like the ground beef package from the store or beef tartar. At this time the server was busy elsewhere but when she did come around, I just wanted to pay and leave. She was pleasant and offered another burger even if it was to go but I refused. If the kitchen didn't take the time to get it right the first time before it was brought to the table, I don't want anything else that comes from there. I understand them being busy and trying to get everyone their meals but time needs to be taken to make sure well done is well done a/k/a no pink whatsoever especially if a child is eating it. I'm sure glad I didn't go with chicken or shrimp. It's unfortunate that mistakes like this can cause a big name business to lose customers. If I wanted fast food we would have went to one of those. Just be careful and cut into the middle of your meat choice and check it before it reaches your mouth. Just saying..."

"We waited around 15 minutes for our waitress to check on us. When she finally came by, she nonchalantly asked, "Is everything still good?" completely oblivious to how terrible the food was. We ended up taking home at least 75% of our meals for our dogs, which made the $120 bill feel a bit less wasteful. I really wish your team could take a cue from the staff at Bristol; they consistently provide a five-star experience, whether it's for a dinner party of eight or just a quick lunch for two. When I got home, I made myself a sandwich because the situation was just ridiculous."

"Quesadilla was old and dried out. The chicken on the salad was cold. Ribs are tiny. The bartender only offered 1 beverage, then didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Bar was sticky and had crumbs from previous customers. We asked to have it wiped down, and she grabbed a paper towel from wash station and cleaning bottle and then wiped down the area in front of us. One spot was still sticky, so we moved seats. There were crumbs on the bar top around the corner from us, and she never bothered to clean that up. I've never seen a bartender dump hot water over liquor bottles to clean them. I don't think I'd ever order a drink there again. It was a strange experience. Bartender did not visit with customers at the bar or provide service beyond minimum services. I did enjoy getting to watch some of the Wild game during the long wait for food. The gal that brought the food out dumped ranch dressing all over the counter and my husband. We didn't get utensils until a few minutes after our food came. It was overall a very disappointing experience."

While I can't recall her name, we visited on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 11 a.m. I did encounter an issue with the card reader, which indicated it was "damaged," and I hope this feedback is helpful for management. What impressed me most about her service was her ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. For instance, she refilled my Coke when it was only half full, as she did with everything else, which made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable."

"My daughter and I came to Valentine? Day we thought would be a nice lunch for us. We waited about 30 minutes for a table that wasn't a problem. We were called at the table, so we were excited. After we were sitting, we were COMPLETELY FORGODEN! We finally got someone's attention and sent them out (I guess she was manager) She was nice and sorry. She offered us free chips and salsa and took our order. The chips and salsa were released after about 30 minutes and the $5 drink I ordered. We're still waiting for our food, probably another 40-45 minutes. Get someone else's attention and they'll send someone out. Her name was Destiny and I wonder if we could just have our ticket because I had a commitment to get it. She returned with the ticket for almost $70! We never got our food. Only free chips and salsa and my $5 drink. We were not evil or rude, but this is the first time I ever had a bad experience in this place. I'm sure they were short staff and I understand, and it was really not that busy at that time. JUSTIFICATION"

"Overall, the experience was decent. The food was good, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the service was quite slow, and the staff seemed to pay little attention to us, though it didn't detract too much from our meal. The biggest issue was that we were seated near a window at sunset, and it took an eternity for someone to come and close the shades, which left us feeling blinded and uncomfortable. Our server completely ignored us during this situation, which was quite frustrating. When I say ignored, I really mean it—despite flagging them down and making eye contact, they just turned away and didn't assist us. Thankfully, another server eventually took care of the issue."
