"I had never tried a sushi burrito before, so I was thrilled to discover this spot right outside the McPherson Square train station. The best way to describe Buredo is "chill." The small interior is cozy and inviting. The guy who prepared my sushi burrito was exceptionally friendly, making the experience even better. It’s the kind of place that feels familiar and comfortable, even on your first visit. I ordered the Pretty Riki, which is perfect for beet lovers, and the Gogo, a delicious blend of spicy mayo and avocado with a nice crunch. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Buredo, and whenever I crave a sushi burrito again, that will definitely be my go-to place. Just a heads up: most of the menu features fish, but you can substitute tofu in any dish that doesn’t already contain it."
