"The food has the potential to be great, but their delivery service is a real issue. I called a day in advance to order pizza and salad for a surprise party, but unfortunately, it coincided with our lunch break at the doctor's office, which is only a short window. I called twice to confirm the order, and both times I was assured it was on its way. After repeating the same details, they then asked to check who was calling, and just 25 minutes before our lunch, they told me, "Oh sorry, that’s for tomorrow." This really ruined the surprise party, and some of us ended up without lunch. It was a big disappointment. There’s another restaurant nearby with much better food."
