"Another issue I encountered was with the young girl who assisted me. When I arrived, she took my name and went to check on my order. She mentioned I was early in a rather unfriendly manner. I was aware that I was early; however, when you order online, you don’t receive an estimated wait time until about five minutes after placing the order. I was about ten minutes early based on the one hour and twenty-minute estimate I received. I just wanted to see if my order had been completed early.
When my order was finally ready, at the expected time, the same girl placed the pizza on the counter, said, "Your order is ready," and walked away without any pleasantries. There was no thank you or wish for a good evening. Good customer service is crucial and can significantly influence the success of a small business. I hope her behavior isn’t representative of how she interacts with all customers."
