"Just when I think this experience at PF Chang’s would be different than the prior visits, they continue to disappoint. Seated on time. Server was lost from the beginning. Apology after apology about slowness of the kitchen, which is another issue, and how busy our server was. We sat and watched all of the other servers, and their attentiveness to their tables. Our server was clueless throughout. Kitchen was ridiculously slow. I understand that we are living in different times, but this PF Chang’s location simply continues to be poorly managed. I understand that the volume of takeout and delivery orders is presumably up versus the past, but the kitchen does a very poor job of managing takeoutdelivery and inperson dining. Service continues to underwhelm. Do better"

"This is a fantastic sushi bistro for fans of Japanese cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options available, and the food was delicious. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of Sake, so be sure to sample them all."

"I visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. The space is quite small, and I felt a bit cramped while dining. The food was tasty, but I found it to be a bit overpriced. Additionally, the rolls were cut into thick pieces instead of bite-sized, and the rice seemed slightly overcooked."

"This restaurant deserves better reviews. The pad thai is consistently perfect, and the coconut rice is the best in the city. The low-carb pad thai is quite tasty, but it tends to be a bit heavy on the sauce, making it soupy at the bottom. Unfortunately, the menu frequently changes, and I can’t always order some of my old favorites because it only displays lunch specials. I’m not sure why that is."

"We really enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, the lady who served us was rude and unaccommodating. Most restaurants we've visited while traveling have shown more humility and courtesy, but this one did not. I hope she can change her attitude towards customers, as she came across as quite sensitive and arrogant. The food itself was excellent, so I'm giving my stars to the chef!"

"We’d been a little turned off on our last few visits to PF Chang’s well over a year ago but decided to go again to the Mesa location for happy hour last week. Waited forever for additional round of cocktails with an apology from the server and didn’t even get the slightest buzz whatsoever after three cocktails. First time that ever happened after three drinks. The appetizers ordered were meh at best. My hubby liked his chicken pad Thai, however. Family in booth next to us were overheard complaining and left abruptly. Our decision? We’re done here."

"I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant. In the past, it was a challenge to secure a reservation on weekends due to its popularity. Recently, we were fortunate to dine there at 6pm on a Saturday. However, the food quality was disappointing. The crispy green beans were poorly battered and drenched in oil. The Miso Salmon was overcooked and dry, while the Orange Chicken was tough and dry. The Eggplant dish we ordered was returned as it was rubbery and difficult to cut. The service was satisfactory, but overall, the experience was underwhelming."

"This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the valley. Was here a few times and never disappointed. I love their stirring fry options, curry and roasted rice. The level 3 spiciness is perfect for me with most dishes, but the orange chicken I got this last time on a level three was not sharp at all. Also here the service is always good. Bathrooms are always clean, and you are usually eaten fast, and the food comes in s as reasonable time after your order. Been here a few times and definitely plan, many more back."

"UPDATE TO MY REVIEW from a ONE Star to a 5 FIVE Star: I was contacted by the manager about my review and was asked if I would be willing to experience in-person fining and see if they could make it up to me. I booked my reservation for 6 (friends joinedus that had never been). Our most amazing waiter, Alexis (she is truly the best, we were told she no longer worked at Starfish)came to our table once we were seated (one point scored Starfish). Once we ordered food, Alexis double-checked the food ticket,double-checked food ingredients, and double-checked food once it came out!! Our night was perfect with amazing food that didn'tmake me sick, and I didn't have an allergic reaction to!! I would like to say that Starfish has redeemed themselves and has meas a customer once again! THANK YOU FOR CARING. This was a favorite place of mine, especially because they have always been socareful with food allergies. The last 3 times I have gone, I've gotten sick. Everything was supposed to be gluten-free,dairy-free, and nut-free, but the garlic noodles had a garlic allergy alert versus a gluten allergy. This is the last time Ivisit them."

"This place was highly recommended because of the Thai fried rice. We decided to do a pickup for lunch instead of dining at the restaurant. My friend was so sure I would like Thai fried rice that she insisted that I get my own order which I am glad I did! I ordered the Thai Fried rice shrimp with hot pepper level of 5 (the highest number) and it was excellent and saucy!!! I actually wish I had requested some hot sauce on the side to make it more Spicy. The crunchy spring rolls were barely warm and the flavoring was ok…I tried two bites and decided I probably will not order this again. The vegetable delight dish could have been more seasoned. My friend loves this place so maybe this was a bad day on the egg rolls and vegetable delight therefore I will give it a 5 star based on my delicious Thai Fried Rice.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian selectionsKid friendliness: The options are kid friendlyParking: There is a Parking lot that is shared with several other restaurants so you may not park in the front row during busy timesWheelchair accessibility: Yes the tables in the center would be excellent for wheelchair accessibilityDietary restrictions: Yes they do accommodate."

"we had a reservation of 7 o'clock. when we showed up, it was a zoo. very busy. we said we had to wait, despite a reservation. we understood it was silvester. the host who inspected all had a really bad attitude. I told her we had our 83-year-old mother with us. She just shaved it and told us that our open table reservation had the lowest priority against the other bookings made via the pf chang app. she said we would get a text as soon as our table was ready. I checked my handy number with her. waited and waited....and at 19:30 we went to another restaurant. really sad because we love this place and the personal. Unfortunately, this host did not represent the facility at all well. oh. we didn't get the text at all even after we left. really a mess!"

"I'm giving them a five star for their service I would give their food maybe a four-star, the service made up for it that is for sure! The restaurant was extremely busy with one large group and they took half of the restaurant over. I was actually really happy to see that because I knew the server was going to get a big tip. The server was so gracious that she even gave us a free roll to start because it was so busy and she felt awful for the wait. We weren't annoyed and it was so unexpected. The roll she brought was actually my favorite so I'm glad that happened. It was the dragon roll. The inside was so cute and inviting. We ordered so much food we could barely finish everything but we kept going and walked out of there feeling like pigs. Haha! We got the beach sashimi 30 pieces of random sushi. It was different and not my fav. Too many pieces that I didn't care for. I just need to order stuff that I actually like. So if you want random go for it. The sauce on the spicy crunch roll tasted like bbq sauce so that threw me off. My husband didn't mind it but it wasn't for me. The rainbow roll was spot on. The dragon and rainbow roll I would order again. Overall it's a great spot. When we walked out the whole staff thanked us and waved at us which was amazing! Our waitress earned this 5 star. I wish I got her name!"

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We visited for a family dinner and found the staff to be quick and attentive. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was vibrant and cheerful. The only challenge was finding parking, but luckily there is a large parking lot behind the restaurant. I typically don't enjoy sushi, so I opted for the ramen, but after sampling their delicious tiger roll and other sushi dishes, I am now eager to try more sushi in the future. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience."

"As we settled into our spacious leather seats, appreciating the decor and ambiance, our hibachi chef, Madi, entered the room. He immediately entertained us with his humorous remarks and playful antics while preparing the grill. In a competitive culinary market like Metro Atlanta, customer service and presentation are critical, and Madi definitely made a great impression with his engaging personality! I ordered the Volcano Roll and Vegetable Hibachi, while the others chose similar dishes. Madi then kicked off "the show," which included spinning eggs, creating an onion volcano, squirting sauce bottles, and showcasing his culinary skills, all while serving us delicious food. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. By the time we finished, we were full, satisfied, and already looking forward to our next visit as we packed up our leftovers. My only suggestion for management is to please clean the bathrooms. They are too nice to be in such poor condition. Other than that, we were very pleased with our overall experience and will definitely be back soon!"

"We didn't really cost our experience this time. We preferred Charlotte. Food was fine, but left something to be desired. The service was okay. Not the experience we hoped for the price. Edit: I was contacted by customer service and received a $25 gift card for the poot experience on the last trip. We went back and enjoyed lunch. The experience was better in this time. The food was delicious and fresh with a moderate wait. You need to try roasting the Pork Dumplings pan, they are amazing. We also like Mongolian beef. There is a fee for pasta or fried rice. Updated review to reflect revisit."

"This is our first time and will be our last. Service was okay, I couldn't hear or understand our waitress, she spoke to quiet. They had a few people, I'm assuming their family or relatives in the dining room. Majority of the time, all I heard was them talking and kept looking at us. We felt really uncomfortable. Food was on the bland and mushy side. No flavor. We ordered the chicken basil fried rice(very dark brown color). Chicken massaman curry, alot of potatoes, seemed like it was more of chicken/potatoes dish with a dash of light coconut milk but no flavor. Padthai noodles was smushy. Egg rolls tasted nasty, had a smelly weird taste, overdue you can say. The only thing that had some good taste was the fried tofu...They packed our leftover food for us, but they took the dishes to the front n left it out in the opening for a bit....our waitress never came to check on us until one of the lady noticed my daughter's water was done and told her to come to us. The photo showed padthai on the left side and chicken basil fried rice on the right.."

"I tried to order vegan at this restaurant and asked the waiter. He informed me that nothing on the menu was vegan, so he checked with the chef. The waiter returned and said that although the only vegan option was the Buddha feast steamed dish, he couldn't guarantee its vegan status. When I asked if they could make sushi without seafood, I was told it wasn't possible. Even though they had seaweed, avocado, and rice, they claimed they couldn't make an avocado roll or anything similar. The waiter later admitted that they don't really cater to vegans and apologized for the lack of options. I inquired again about a rice roll, but the answer was still no. Despite the clear anti-vegan stance of the restaurant, the waiter remained polite and courteous throughout our conversation. It was a strange experience, especially considering that the restaurant was empty. (Review updated on December 10, 2023)"
