"I can say with confidence I will never go back to this restaurant again. The HOSTESS was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I asked her THREE separate times for a children's menu - she glared at me and walked past, never bringing the menu. On my third attempt, again as she was sauntering past our table, with her doc martens half done up, black jeans and hands in her back pocket, she ignored me. Being extremely frustrated, I raised my voice so she could hear me as she was about 2 tables away by this time and told her this was the 3rd time I've asked. She shouted back at me, I heard you the first time and said I was gonna get it and continued to walk away. At no time was she busy seating other customers as the place was dead. All she was doing was sauntering around, chatting with the male waiters. At this point out waiter/bartender arrived and I voiced my frustration with her. After he took our order I saw him stop to talk to her - she glared at me as he was talking to her, presumably telling her what I said. For the rest of the evening she continued to glare at me at every opportunity she got. For this reason alone, I will NEVER recommend nor dine at this establishment again.The food was standard ESM food. The best thing on the menu is the house salad and warm garlic loaf. I regret not asking for the hostess' name or speaking to a manager. It still leaves a bad taste in my mouth every time I think about how unprofessional and rude she was. I have never experienced this at a restaurant."
