"Placed an order on DoorDash at 6:35 PM on 9/23/2023. My order had some issues. My 8 Piece Meal was classic, when we selected Spicy in the DoorDash app. The chicken was borderline cold despite being delivered quickly. We did not receive our coleslaw, biscuits, honey, or butter. Our mashed potatoes were not the correct size, it was a small and it should have been a large. I eventually received a refund of $18.04 from DoorDash. DoorDash told me via chat support that they could not submit a re-order because the store was not accepting orders anymore. I tried calling in but I got the disconnected signal from the phone line multiple times. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 3"

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time and have always enjoyed the service. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fried chicken during my last visit. It was a bit undercooked and doughy. The rest of the meal was good, but the $7.99 strips meal did not meet my expectations this time. I understand that it can be busy during rush hour, but I believe that food should be fully cooked before being served, especially considering the price we pay. Despite this, I still ate the meal. The place is still okay overall, and I appreciate the service. Thank you."

"Stopped in today for a meal to split with 12 yr old. The experience was great. All 3 of the crew up front were funny nice. I had some trouble with the card reader the guy at the counter was patient without making feel like a dummy. Got home discoverered an extra thigh it hit me they'd told me they gave it to me because the thighs were small but I was too preoccupied at the time. I really appreciate the crew took the initiative to do that. Thank you! The thighs were definitely smaller than normal I would have likely been frustrated enough to reconsider coming back. That was great customer service! Kudos to that crew!"

"My food was cold , chicken , mash potatos and green beans , they gave me butter and honey but no biscuit. I was pist when i got home and i only live like 10 minutes away. So they did not make it fresh. rather they are busy or not. My dinner should have been fresh and hot. I think I am going to go to KFC from now on. "This restaurant is a joke. I went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes for one chicken sandwich. I was supposed to only wait 3 minutes, but ended up waiting over 10 minutes for them to even come out. When I went inside to ask about my sandwich, I was told it would be another 5 minutes. The staff was rude to me when I asked for a refund. It's ridiculous that it takes that long for just one sandwich. All three employees were just laughing and messing around, not doing their jobs. If they had informed me about the wait time when I first ordered or when I paid, I wouldn't have been so upset. I waited over 5 minutes for my change, then was told to pull up and wait another 3 minutes for my sandwich, with an additional 10 minutes of waiting. This store definitely needs new employees."

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I had a scheduled catered order for a large event at Polen Farms. I verified the day and time on multiple occasions with Mr Runyon and his asst who runs the catering side . The day of my event they were a no call no show. They told me they would be there promptly at 430 to set all the food up . This is unacceptable when I had a huge party to feed and they didn’t even call to let me know they weren’t coming, which then left me not only to scramble up enough food to feed 100+ people but also left me out hundreds of dollars for sides that were prepared to go with the chicken . I left numerous messages with Mr Runyon and even contacted the owner Chuck And left a voicemail to get an explanation as to why they were so unprofessional and no one has called me back it’s been almost 2 weeks . This is HORRIBLE service . I did speak with the store manager at Far Hills who obviously never let either of them no that I have been trying to reach them. I will say, the day of the event an hour after they were suppose to be there to set up the food and my guests had already arrived, she did say she would cook all the chicken but I would have to leave my large party and pick it up and there would be no heating containers . Are you kidding me, and it was only AFTER Polen Farms contacted them about their no show no call . No business should be conducting themselves in this manner, and to make matters worse Polen Farms has them listed as a “preferred” caterer and they charge you if you have someone cater your event that’s not on their list. They really need to update their list because this is not ok. Trust me save the stress, and the lost income you will lose dealing with this unprofessional and non caring company ."

"Went through the drive thru at 8:00 was told they didn't have any chicken, we asked what time they closed to which they say 10:00. So we asked if they could make some. After checking they say yes that we would have to wait 20 minutes which we said wasfine. We spent $46 ordering a 16 piece spicy family meal, they made it and brought it out to us. Got home and the Cole slaw inwarm and spoiled, the sides are in individual cups of which we got two of each, and the chicken was horrible. Chicken had allthe breading falling off was sitting in a pile of grease which was soaking through the box and absolutely no seasoning. Nothingspicy about it. No seasoning at all. Just hit chicken sitting in oil. Will not be going back."

"The food at this restaurant was tasty, but they mistakenly gave me a spicy crispy dish instead of the famous one I ordered. Unfortunately, it was too hot for me to finish. I even tried adding ketchup and ranch dressing, but it didn't make much of a difference. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5."
