"I visited this restaurant for the first time on Christmas Eve for brunch, and despite the bustling crowd, we added our name to the waitlist and were seated in just 2-3 minutes. The menu is quite extensive, offering a little something for everyone. There are plenty of healthy options as well as unique ingredients and dishes that you don't often see at breakfast places, including some interesting early morning cocktails. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, so I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. However, what really elevated my experience to a 5-star rating was the outstanding service. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, engaged in light-hearted banter with us, and consistently made sure our drinks were full while checking in to see how we were enjoying our meal, especially considering how busy they were."

"The food at this restaurant was delightful, with reasonable prices and a wonderful atmosphere! I didn't experience any issues with waiting times or service, everything was fantastic. One thing to mention is that you pay at the register by the entrance instead of at the table, and there is an option to add a tip on the keyboard. "I visited the restaurant on April 19, 2024, and it was moderately busy. However, I would probably not choose to get takeout from here again. I placed my order online and went to pick it up, but upon my arrival, the staff seemed distracted and it took several attempts for them to notice me. Even after I provided my name for the pickup, there was a noticeable lack of coordination among the staff, leading to me having to ask multiple times about my order. Finally, after my fifth inquiry, my food was ready. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't match the appealing photos I saw online. While it was edible, it didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, there was a significant lack of communication and consistency among the staff."

"This place offers exactly what a breakfast or brunch experience should be! I was searching for a quick, high-quality meal before work, and I’m so glad I chose this spot. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted with a smile. The staff was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had the pleasure of being served by Barbie, who made me feel right at home as if I were with family. She was well-informed and more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. My food arrived quickly and was cooked perfectly to my picky specifications. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that they don't open for dinner. I truly believe they would excel in the dinner crowd, given the outstanding food and service they provide!"

"This used to be our favorite breakfast spot because the food is consistently great. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing. We had an unpleasant experience with a waitress who completely ignored us while chatting with another table. After waiting patiently, we finally got her attention to ask for the ketchup we requested, but she instead brought us another order of eggs. That wasn't even the main problem. Ever since that incident, the rest of the staff has treated us poorly whenever we come in. We face long waits for assistance, while other customers who were just seated receive prompt service. As regulars at this restaurant, we are quiet, consistent, and always leave tips of over 20%. Now, we choose to go to Keke’s across the street, where the service is much better. They can keep our business from now on."

"My experience at the restaurant was average. The staff was friendly, and even though it was busy, we were seated promptly. However, I felt the prices were quite steep for a place in Ocala. They offer what they call upscale menu items, but it seems to disregard those of us who enjoy a more traditional breakfast. I asked for an English muffin, but was given toast instead, with the explanation that it was something similar. Moreover, my eggs were undercooked and had to be returned, despite my specific instructions on how I wanted them made."

"I ordered from First Watch in Sunrise, Florida on Saturday, 03-04-23 and had my food delivered. I chose the Healthy Turkey dish, which was hot, tasty, and filled with diced tomatoes and onions inside egg white. It was served with a slice of lightly toasted bread with butter, a generous portion of greens with dressing, and a Morning Meditation Drink. My daughter opted for the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl, which she found seasoned and scrumptious. We want to thank the chefs, sous chefs, and everyone involved for the excellent service."

"This is an excellent spot for breakfast, especially if you want something different from the typical options. I tried the chorizo omelette, accompanied by buttered grits and multi-grain toast, and it was delicious—definitely worth recommending. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive. I've heard that some people have experienced long wait times, but I've only visited during early weekday mornings and have never faced that issue. I can't speak to the weekend experience. "I was extremely disappointed with this takeout restaurant (1.5 stars). The Side of 2 Eggs were not cooked as I requested, they were nearly sunny side up. The potatoes were overly salty and the Lemon-Dressed Organic Mixed Greens had no dressing at all, resulting in dry greens. The only thing that was decent in my order was the French Toast. It felt like a waste of money. I was also bothered by the fact that the bag was not fully sealed with the safety sticker. I hope they improve and pay more attention to detail in the future."

"Firsr Watch is a great breakfast brunch spot. The ambience here is quite trendy and energetic. The place was crowded when we visited around 12:00PM but we got seated right away. Our waitress was friendly, she got us coffee immediately and checked on us frequently when we were here.They have a long menu with many different options for breakfast and brunch. I think everyone can find something they like here. I was tempted to get their egg benedict because i saw our next door table got it and they look so delicious but we decided to go with items on their seasonal menu, which are Carnitas Breakfast Toastadas, Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread, and Brisket Hash. The food came out fairly quickly and everything tasted amazing. They seasoned their food well and i loveeee their eggs. They were cooked just right so the yolk was still soft and creamy. The presentation of the dishes were also very pretty.Overall, i had a very pleasant experience here and i would definitely come back."

"I placed an order for lunch today and for tomorrow. Today, I tried the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl, but I wasn't satisfied with it. I ate it anyway because I needed a meal. It was mostly quinoa, with very little chicken and only a few tiny pieces of kale. It could have been much better if it had been prepared as expected and shown in the pictures. As for the Chicken Avocado Chop Salad, it arrived without any dressing at all, which was disappointing."

"I've encountered a frustrating issue with First Watch multiple times. They tend to disguise an overcooked pancake underneath a nicer-looking one. This time, I ordered delivery, and when I called to voice my complaint, the manager never returned my call. On another occasion at the restaurant, it took three attempts to get my order right: first, I received a completely burned pancake, then a gooey undercooked one, and finally a satisfactory one on the third try. I’m giving it two stars because when the food is good, it's really good. However, consistency is definitely lacking. The same goes for the potatoes; some days they're great, while other days they're poorly cooked."
