"I gave a lower rating for Ambiance because of the low accessibility/visibility of the entrance. The parking lot was fairly dark when we arrived at 7 PM, and we walked around the building looking for a way in. There was a set of uncovered wooden stairs at least two flights worth that led to a door, but again, it was poorly lit. Apparently there is a way to get in that's accessible by parking in a different area, but we didn't explore it. I think a couple of well lit signs in the lot and something on the web site about the accessible entrance would go a long way. We almost left, even though we had a reservation. Steps can be difficult for me and it was dark and raining. BUT, once we got in and were seated, it was a great experience!! I had the pizza with apple and cider glaze (plus cheese and thinly sliced red onion). I really enjoyed it. I tried the rose cider and it was quite good. My friend enjoyed her choices too. I would go back, but probably not till next spring when we can sit on the patio (downstairs). I hope they put in some more lighting and to be fair, I'll add that it was a particularly dark night overcast and raining."
