"Wanting to stick with familiar Peruvian dishes, I chose the Chupe de Camarones, Ceviche de Pescado, and Saltado de Camarones. The shrimp soup had a unique twist but was just as delicious as any I’ve tried in the area. The broth was creamier than what I'm used to, and surprisingly, there were a couple of small pieces of chicken in it as well.
The stir-fried shrimp, accompanied by scallions, tomatoes, and peppers over French fries, served with a side of fluffy white rice, was incredibly flavorful. Meanwhile, the marinated mixed fish in the ceviche was remarkably fresh and perfectly seasoned, making it one of the best ceviches I’ve had in a long time.
Will we return? Absolutely! We can't wait to explore more of their menu."
