"Our group of seven arrived on time for our 5 PM reservation, as we were planning to attend a concert just a block away at 7:30 PM. The restaurant was almost empty when we got there. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes for our drink orders to be served. We then placed our dinner orders, but unfortunately, the steaks were overcooked and there were mistakes in a few of the orders. After we requested our checks, it took 20 minutes for them to arrive, and another 30 minutes to process our payment. We were not informed that a 20% gratuity would be automatically included, and even that was handled poorly—one check was charged twice and another wasn’t charged at all. Two and a half hours later, we finally left the restaurant with our issues unresolved. I was extremely disappointed and will not return or recommend this location. One of our guests went back the next day to dispute the double 20% gratuity charge, and it was eventually addressed. Corralitos on Doniphan is great, though!"
