"The food at this KFC was as expected—KFC is pretty consistent wherever you go. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There were cones blocking part of the drive-thru, which was confusing. Since there was no one behind me, I drove straight to the window. Instead of taking my order, the employee told me to drive all the way back around to the ordering station. While I complied without making a fuss, he could’ve easily taken my order right there. When I finally circled back and ordered, the same employee seemed irritated, barely spoke, and wasn’t friendly at all. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but it probably would’ve been better for him to take the day off. Because of this experience, I’ll think twice before returning to this KFC."
