We arrived at the restaurant around 7:30, waiting for a couple to exit before we could be seated. After standing at the door for about 4-5 minutes, a woman—who I assume was the bartender or host—came over and bluntly informed us that they stop serving at 7:30.
My husband pointed out that I had called ahead and wasn’t told about the early cutoff time, which left us both quite frustrated, especially him. It felt unfair, as I had made an effort to confirm the hours beforehand. The way the woman handled the situation was quite unprofessional, and this experience has led us to reconsider whether we want to give this restaurant another chance in the future.
