"To be fair, I guess it 's what to be expected of a neighborhood bar. I almost passed it coming from the town, as it 's dated on the outside and inside. The only thing you can see on the sign is the large lettering of Pub . Three of us were there for lunch. Only one of us was given the full menu. The other two, had the middle, double -sided page missing. My Bacon Lover 's BLT Sandwich was tasty but the bread was over- toasted, dry and crunchy which detracted from the filling. The hand-cut fries were good, and our server was kind enough to split our check. To be fair, if we 're in the area again, I 'd give them another try as I 'd like to see how they do with their entree salads. "Had a great experience today. We ordered a hamburger with fries, a strawberry shake, and a hot chocolate. The hamburger was big, juicy, and very tasty. The fries are a thicker cut and my husband raved about the strawberry shake. My hot chocolate warmed me right up. Everyone was so happy and friendly, from the hostess, the waitress, the male server and a gentleman that we assumed was the manager. He asked how we liked the new menu and informed us that the burgers were now all Angus beef. We could definitely tell the difference. The portions were huge and perfectly cooked. It sure makes a difference to go to a place where everyone is happy. We refuse to go to the other OC locations because they act like they are just there to put in their time. Good Job Ruby's of Orange. We look forward to coming back."

"Super disappointed with our experience at this location. Food arrived cold, waitress didn't refill our drinks and the worst part was that I specifically wrote in my reservation that it was my son's birthday. I also mentioned this during check in and to the waitress and no attempt was made to wish him a happy birthday or anything. This is the first birthday of his we have been able to celebrate since COVID and I was so disappointed in our choice to have dinner here. I'll never be back."

"This is one of my favorite places to eat in Lakeland, and quite frankly, it’s one of the best burger joints I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a regular since 2016, and I’ve never had a bad meal there. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews since my experiences have always been great! I usually order the Cinco burger and, occasionally, a Bananas Foster milkshake, which is absolutely delicious. I'm not sure if they still do this, but they used to offer movie tickets to Cobb with a meal purchase, which was a really nice perk. I love this place and wish they would open a location in Winter Haven so I wouldn’t have to drive so far, but the trip is definitely worth it!"

"This is long overdue. I went here when I was pregnant (I told the waitress I was pregnant and was very hungry) and ordered a shake with my breakfast meal. After asking twice about the meal, the waiter kept saying it would be on its way. After a family of 4 sat down and got their meals within minutes from ordering I went to ask the waitress about my food again. She said others were mad at her too, that their food was taking long but that the cook was working on my pancakes. It had been over an hour. So i just asked for my bill (strawberry milkshake), paid and left. I cried because I was so hungry and did not get my food nor did I feel like I mattered as a customer. So since then, I?m no longer going there!"
