"However, when I opened one of my wrapped breakfast sandwiches at work, I discovered that my order was wrong—I received an egg, ham, and cheese sandwich, which is a serious issue given my dairy allergy! I called the restaurant to complain about the mistake, but no one answered. So, I decided to go back during my lunch break, hoping to either get a refund or have my order replaced. Unfortunately, the woman working the front of the house was rude, defensive, and argumentative, essentially calling me a liar about my order. I found her customer service to be appalling, although I wasn't surprised by her reaction. I believe her name starts with an M.
What frustrated me even more was that I was the only customer there at that time, so there was no excuse for such a dangerous error with my order. I can easily make my own breakfast at home and avoid these issues altogether."
