"Worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to sit down and eat and decompress from the day. We walked in at 8:13 to servers standing there and staring at us. We had to say hello. They couldn’t even be bothered with us. Then she said the kitchen is closed. They didn’t close until 9 and it’s a Saturday which is just insane to me. Who closes their kitchen 45min early on a Saturday?!! To walk in and just be stared at and not spoken to is the exact opposite of what I expect when I walk into an establishment. We immediately left still hungry and went to Henry’s where we were greeted with happy smiles and a warm welcome. We will never go back to The Factory."

"This is one of our Fort Worth favorites. It is as wonderful as ever. To begin we had excellent service from Jacob. I passed on a starter, but my husband had oysters which he said were great. For entrees I had the halibut and my husband had the surf and turf special. My halibut was a generous portion cooked perfectly with a delicious pesto sauce. My husband’s steak was prepared as requested with a tasty demi glacé sauce and topped with two mouthwatering prawns. We split a half portion of the lobster Mac and cheese, which is like having dessert. It was a lovely dinner and we truly appreciate the consistency in the quality of the food and service."

"Ordered a cake from here. Service was great. They told me multiple times they can customize and make any type of flavor and whatnot. After asking for 3 different types and being told they don’t do it then I stopped asking. The cake that was ordered was very nice to look at but did not taste as good. The actual cake tasted stale. If you want a cake that looks good, then definitely check it out but if you’re looking for looks and taste then don’t recommend it."
