"I then asked another staff member if we could be moved to the swing table, but I was told that we needed a special reservation for that and that it was already booked by other parties. Throughout our meal, however, I noticed at least two swing tables remained empty the entire time.
During our visit, the waitress accidentally spilled a shake on one of the girls at our table. To make matters worse, my daughter ended up drinking some hair through her straw. When we asked the waitress for help, she stood there inspecting the hair and had my daughter place it on a napkin to bring to the manager. While she did bring my daughter a new shake, by then, all the girls were pretty grossed out. Unfortunately, the manager never came over to apologize.
Additionally, the jojo fries we ordered were cold, and I had made a special request to acknowledge my daughter’s 15th birthday, which went completely unnoticed. This was our first visit, and it left me very disappointed."
