"We've been going to Uncle Jack's since the first one opened in the area (Duluth . This is the second time we've been to Lawrenceville and this was our worst Uncle Jack's experience. I brought two college students there one of which was having a birthday/ Neither had been to Uncle Jack's before. We ordered the bacon app they didn't provide any plates when the app was delivered so we had to ask for them. Then the mains arrived we hadn't been given napkins or utensils so we had to ask for them. We ran out of drinks several times before receiving refills. One of the burgers we ordered had BBQ on it (it wasn't supposed to. Then when they mentioned desserts they didn't even mention the fact that we had a birthday (I had specified this when I made the reservation. All of these things are customer service 101.
