"Disappointing Experience at Tous les Jours in Livermore, CAI recently pre-ordered a cake from Tous les Jours at 4437 First St, Livermore, CA 94551, two days before Christmas Eve. While I’ve tried their original cake in the past and found it okay, this time was a letdown. The cake was overpriced for its quality, and even local grocery store cakes seem to put more effort into their creations. Unfortunately, the dry and mediocre taste of the cake left us unsatisfied. Moreover, the service here was notably slow, especially during busy traffic times, adding to the overall frustration. The ambiance was okay but fell short of expectations, contributing to the overall mediocre experience. Considering the disappointment and the time it took to drive there, we won’t be returning to this location for any future holiday or birthday cakes. Overall, not worth the investment."
