"our first day in brooklyn and we wanted to show up for the night. sonora sounded good and was close to our apartment so we did not book a problem for 8.30. but when we arrived there was no table and a very lively restaurant. for 30 minutes. after 9 and no sign of a table I proposed to the manager? that they find us one or we take away. for the happiness, an externally secured and our food order was accepted. our main thing came, but after we have completely forgotten the restaurant. after approx. 20 minutes waiting time I decided to get up and ask for the invoice/check. No one has deleted our plates. Nobody asked us if we want coffee or dessert. we were just left to our own devices after the net. we could see that many waiting employees were talking and hanging around with others, but no one approached us so that we detached. what should have been for a delightful evening for 3 very jet-lagged people, was unnecessary angst-y and a master class in bad customer service. I hope sincerely, sonora treat not-local better than my party of 3 on Saturday night. based on our experience last weekend, the jury is good and really out."
