"I read the reviews and didn’t expect it to be the best pho — but It surprised me with how bad it was. The beef was pretty inedible. And the raw beef didnt cook in the broth. (I ordered it and it took a long time so cold broth and too thick of slices of beef) So that was completely inedible. It was like raw and stretchy.
