Additionally, receiving a confirmation call for the reservation adds to the disappointment of being placed next to a noisy bar. This shows poor management and lack of consideration for customers. If a restaurant cannot provide excellent service to all tables, they should reconsider how many reservations they take. Making a reservation days in advance at an establishment like this should not result in a loud and disruptive atmosphere on a Saturday night. This experience was a major letdown, especially after multiple visits to the restaurant."
