The Tibs was packed with flavor and had just the right level of spice for me; any spicier and I would have been sweating. The vibrant flavors here truly elevate this place above its competitors. The cabbage side was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and still had a nice crunch.
The service was warm and welcoming. I had a great conversation about their spice levels, and they kindly offered me a sample of the red lentils to gauge my preferred spice level.
