"This is a fantastic Asian restaurant in Westminster, MD. Asian Sakae is tucked away in a strip mall across from Westminster Mall, and it's truly a gem. We dined there on Tuesday and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We sampled a variety of dishes from their extensive menu. My wife ordered a delicious martini and a sushi ball, while my kids had fried somen and maki. I opted for the Thai drunken noodles, which were exceptional—fragrant and savory. The service was attentive, and while the decor could use a refresh, it remains clean and inviting. We can't wait to return!"

"Having moved from New York, I was warned by everyone in North Carolina to avoid the Chinese food here. However, after living here for a year, I decided to give it a try based on positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised; the food was excellent—much better than any Chinese restaurant I've visited in New York in recent decades. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, which was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the sauce was delicious, unlike the overly sweet versions found elsewhere. My wife had the mixed vegetables and thoroughly enjoyed them as well. This restaurant is truly impressive, and I will definitely be back."

"I used to visit this place frequently, and it was always an incredible experience. However, since moving to Vermont, where there’s a lack of Chinese food, I found myself constantly praising this restaurant. I recently returned to get Chinese food for a group, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Everything I ordered was either burnt or undercooked, with the burnt items being the majority. This latest visit really let me down, especially since I was craving good comfort food and desperately wanted delicious Chinese cuisine. I’ve never felt more disheartened than when I got home and discovered that all my food was burnt."

"Kam Luang has become our go-to spot for comfort food, and we couldn’t be happier. This cozy Chinese restaurant has become a tradition for my husband and me, and we eagerly look forward to ordering from here once or twice a month. The menu at Kam Luang offers a delightful variety of dishes, but some of our favorites include the Chicken and Broccoli, Chicken and Tofu, and the Steamed Veggie Dumplings. Each dish is consistently delicious, with flavors that keep us coming back time and time again. One of the standout aspects of Kam Luang is their reliability. Our food is always ready on time, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. While we acknowledge that this isn 't necessarily meant to be healthy food, Kam Luang does offer some healthier options, like their steamed veggies and proteins, which are a great choice when we 're looking to eat a bit lighter.Kam Luang has truly become a staple in our household, providing comfort food that hits the spot every single time. Whether you’re in the mood for something indulgent or a bit healthier, Kam Luang has something to offer. We highly recommend giving them a try!"

"I had high hopes for this restaurant as it had been recommended to me numerous times. However, I was ultimately disappointed. I ordered the twice-cooked pork and the dinosaur roll, while my friend had the sesame chicken with chicken fried rice. The roll was mediocre and the salad greens were from a bag. The pork tasted old and sour, so I asked for a different dish. The waitress was not very happy about it but reluctantly replaced it with an orange shrimp dish. Unfortunately, the shrimp dish was incredibly spicy to the point of being unpleasant, with an overwhelming amount of chili. My friend's chicken fried rice was bland and cold, and the additional charge for chicken was disappointing. However, the sesame chicken was delicious. Despite the trouble we had removing the inedible item from our bill, the discount we received on the new bill was strange. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. I suggest trying Kobe, as it is more affordable and much better quality. (The fish decorations were cute though!)"

"Without a doubt, JP Kitchen offers the best take-out Chinese food in Jamaica Plain! If I had to pick, this would be my top choice. The only downside is that I work late almost every day, and they close at 9 PM on most days, which often makes it difficult for me to order in time. Thankfully, they stay open later on the weekends, which is when I usually get the chance to indulge. I've yet to find a dish I don't enjoy, but their wonton soup is particularly outstanding—it’s so delicious! Sure, there are other Chinese restaurants in Boston that might be better, but for standard take-out, you really can't go wrong here. I also want to highlight that the staff are incredibly nice—always friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic local business, so do yourself a favor and try out JP Kitchen!"

"The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, and we had added our names to the waitlist online. However, when we checked in, there seemed to be some confusion on their part. After a wait, we were notified that our table was ready, but when we went to be seated, we found out it wasn't actually available for us yet. We waited another 10 minutes before finally being seated. One member of our group ordered a soup and salad but was disappointed to find out that they had run out of the soup when she went to order a second bowl. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and wasn't very friendly, though I want to emphasize that this is likely an individual issue rather than a reflection of Olive Garden as a whole. Despite this experience, I would still consider going back, as it felt like a one-time occurrence."

"Absolutely awful experience. The customer service is terrible. While the food is really good, the employees, particularly the delivery guy, are extremely rude. I would never return or order from here again. If I could, I would give it zero stars."

"I think 4 stars is a fair rating. This is a solid 5-star price (amazing value), and probably 4-star food.I ordered the kung pow chicken and shrimp and requested extra spicy. My initial impression was really disappointing. While the container was huge, the food on top was dry and not spicy at all. I pressed on and after a few bites realized there was a layer off sauce to be found beneath and what a difference. The shrimp were small (think 30-count per pound, or quarter-sized) but that isn't a bad thing it's just a fact so you aren't surprised. The meal was vastly improved by the sauce and I'm convinced to visit again and try something new."

"First, we were given warm tap water to drink, no ice. Then, I ordered fried rice, sweet and sour tofu, and tofu and eggplant in garlic sauce. The fried rice was flavorless and barely warm. The sweet and sour tofu was almost cold, with the sause cold and gelatinous and not sweet like sweet and sour sauce should be. The eggplant was missing the tofu, which wasn't a big deal but the sauce was extremely salty and didn't have any garlic flavor or garlic in it, that could be detected. It seemed as though everything was reheated in the microwave but not long enough to actually warm it up.I will not be back to this restaurant.I do not recommend this restaurant!Dont waste your money!! Find a different place. Vegetarian options: The sweet and sour tofu was almost flavorless because the sweet and sour sauce was flavorless. It was a very disappointing experience."

"If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! My husband is a vegetarian, and I have strict medical instructions to reduce my sugar and simple starch intake. Bistro Chen offers a fantastic variety of tofu dishes, and they even provide brown rice upon request for their sushi items. Their Dim Sum is the best in the suburbs! We especially love their Chinese broccoli, which can be steamed or stir-fried based on your preference. It is always incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The stir-fried baby bok choy is also highly recommended. If you're in the know, make sure to try the Ong Choy when it’s available. This water hyacinth might sound exotic, but there’s no need to be intimidated. Its flavor is a delightful blend between kale and spinach, and it's simply stir-fried with a hint of garlic for the perfect taste. Another must-try vegetable is the Sichuan green beans. The chef skillfully incorporates Sichuan peppercorns along with red chilies, garlic, and other ingredients, creating a depth of flavor that enhances the crisp-tender string beans. We’ve become so addicted to them that we order this dish every time we visit. Additionally, their sushi is incredibly fresh, generously portioned, and perfectly balanced between rice and fish. Their sushi rolls are creative, fun, and above all, DELICIOUS! The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, always happy to answer any questions we have about the availability of certain dishes. We can’t wait to return!"

"dipped on Tuesday at 18 o'clock with a co-worker. we were greeted and sitting right away. this place used to be a buffet before the pandemic hit and they have adapted and survived. good for them. I ordered the happy family combination plate, the bark meat, pork, hull, garnel and vegetables is all cooked in an asain sauce. I had the cloaks. it comes with fried rice and I added a side of 2 egg rolls. the food came fast, looked great and tasted amazing. the price was a bit high, but acceptable. the staff is super courtesy, friendly and professional. this is a family-run and family-run. the outside of the restaurant looks as if it were a running-down coin op laundry or something. the inner is not much better. but eating is worth it, and I love to support it locally in the possession of small business. you eat is fast and good. I'd eat here in a way."
