"Good morning. I am a Brazilian who has lived in Alpharetta for 14 years, so I have known your store for a long time. Today, I went there to have a Brazilian coffee and a piece of cake. I asked if they could make a fresh coffee because the one in the pot didn’t taste fresh. The young lady kindly made a new coffee, but to my surprise, it was terrible. Pardon my words, but it was very weak and tasted bad. I don’t know if the owner is aware of how the coffee is prepared, especially since good quality coffee is part of our culture. The coffee was very diluted and had a terrible taste. To my disappointment, the young lady said there was nothing she could do because it is the store’s standard. She truly couldn’t do anything, but I can—by choosing not to frequent your store anymore, unfortunately. This is very disappointing because I really like your store, except for the coffee and the lack of courtesy from your staff. P.S.: If I wanted weak coffee, I would go to McDonald’s. Keep in mind there are places that sell coffee at the same price as you do, but of much better quality, like Starbucks. Thank you."
