"Tapas Teatro is a compact café with plenty of punch. They provide an excellent range of affordable small dishes for the appetite of almost anyone they even have vegetarian options. These light savory bites accompany crisp Spanish wines. With tons of outdoor dining, we decided to use one of our New York Amtrak train tickets just in time for dinner. Who knew Baltimore could offer Michelin style food right beside their Penn Station. The service was highly attentive and accessible. If you are in the city or on a port of call, this place is a must visit."
