"The service at this restaurant has declined, so it's important to double-check your to-go orders. I used to rate this place five stars, but my last two visits have been disappointing. On my most recent visit around 9:30 PM, it felt like they were in a rush to close. I wanted to order their special, "the big one," but they didn’t have any pepperoni and told me I could only get it to go. I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat.
Tonight, I placed an order ahead of time around 9:15 PM. The young girl who answered the phone seemed preoccupied and spent the first 10 seconds chatting on the side. When I picked up my pizza, it was ready, which made me wonder if they had just handed me a pre-made one from someone else’s order. Once I got home, I discovered that they had added extra meats to my pizza when I had only requested pepperoni.
Before these last two visits, I always had a great experience, especially when an older lady with glasses was working there—those were the times I gave it five stars."
