"We waited in drive thru for almost 25 minutes for a family of four order. They weren't very busy, but I'm sure they're understaffed. Once we got to the window, they said they had no chicken for one of our sandwiches, and it was going to take 8-10 minutes. After we'd already waited in line for a long amount of time. Nonetheless, we said that was fine and pulled to the front where they would bring it out, as requested. After waiting for 15 additional minutes, we had to go inside to get our meal. No discounts, no freebies. Not that that is expected, but 40 minutes on a fast food order of 4 people is pretty extreme to not offer any apologies, discounts, coupons, or cookies. The local Burger King service has declined significantly. Their saving grace was that we did get everything we asked for as was requested (2 adult meals and 2 kids meals)."
