"The service here is quite poor. When we made specific requests, they were not addressed, which is surprising for a restaurant of this supposed caliber. I've received better service at diners than I did here. We requested only green onions and bean sprouts in our ramen, but our request was overlooked. Water refills also took an excessively long time. The ramen itself was lukewarm and disappointing. I even had to get up to ask for spicy mayo. While the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the service definitely needs to improve if the chef wants to maintain their reputation. The only redeeming aspect of our visit was the sushi. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon and will have higher expectations for a "quality restaurant.""
