"The best bagels on the west side! However, I have to rate this place lower because of an ongoing equipment issue. Their toaster has been burning the bagels for months now. I was in the shop when it broke down once. I enjoy my bagel toasted with cream cheese, but unfortunately, during my last dozen visits, it has come out burnt and charred. I’m not a fan of having charcoal for breakfast. I still walk by often, but I won’t be stopping in again until I see a new toaster. It’s really disappointing because I absolutely love their bagels."
