"We had a party of four and were seated immediately in a restaurant that was only half full. However, we waited patiently while other tables were served coffee and drinks, and it wasn't until about 20 minutes later that a waitress finally acknowledged us. When we asked for coffee, she said she'd be right back. Meanwhile, we noticed that three tables that arrived after us were already being served their meals while we still had nothing. After wasting 40 minutes without any service, we decided to leave and go to McDonald's instead. It's clear that they do not know how to manage a business, let alone a restaurant. I would give them zero stars."
