"Yesterday, I had a strange experience at this restaurant. It's a shame because the pizza was excellent and highly recommended. We decided to order takeout as we were on our way to a local event. However, we changed our minds after receiving the personal pie quickly and having extra time. We sat at one of the outdoor plastic tables to eat, but a man came out and informed us that takeout was not allowed at the tables, which were reserved for dine-in customers only. Despite the fact that the restaurant does not offer dine-in service - you order at the counter and receive a number - we apologized and explained that we had changed our minds. The employee seemed annoyed and told us to request dining in next time. We finished our meal in just five minutes, but the employee returned during that short time to hurry us along, claiming that other customers were waiting for the table. We had even offered our table to customers waiting for their pizza on a nearby bench, as it was clear we wouldn't be there long. We had been excited to try this place, but the way we were treated was quite shocking. If the restaurant has such strict policies for a casual dining environment, they should inform customers when they pay. It seems that other customers have also been made to feel uncomfortable in similar situations, as noted in reviews."
