"The waiter at the restaurant was friendly and welcoming, but also very forgetful. He took our order, then returned 5 minutes later to give us menus again. We noticed that several other tables were seated after us, but received their pizzas before us. It seemed like he had forgotten about our order. When our pizza finally arrived, it was cold and overall, the experience was disappointing despite the server's pleasant demeanor."
