"I stopped in last Saturday at around 2:00 pm for lunch with my 3 grandchildren. I stopped at milestones because in my experience the food is reasonably good quality, and although not fast food, they are pretty quick. However, this was not the case at this Milestones. We sat for over an hour before our food came. I can be pretty spacious about such things if there appears to be a good reason like a full restaurant. However, that was not the case. There could not have been more than 5 tables in the whole place. The server that was looking after us had 2 tables for most of the time, and 3 including us for a short period of time. Despite the fact of the obscene delay in getting our food, there was no explanation, no apology, and in the end, she got the order messed up besides. I would usually complain, but I did not since we were on a time line, there was nothing that could be done by time the food came. On a brighter side, once the food did come, it was the usual Milestones quality-- not fabulous, but good decent food at a fair price. I will not likely come back to this particular Milestones."
