"I've always enjoyed great burgers at Whataburger, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The experience was so bad that I ended up throwing my meal away. They forgot several items from my order, and when I returned to address the issue, their staff argued with me. To top it off, they didn't prepare my burger as I had requested, even though I paid for extra toppings. Instead, they overloaded it with mustard, making it completely inedible. None of the sauces or additional ingredients I asked for were included either. I suggest avoiding this location and opting for one of the others that are a bit farther away!"

"I'm absolutely in love with the mushroom Swiss burgers at this restaurant. I've tried most of their burgers, and they’re all fantastic, but I always find myself returning to my favorites. However, I do have one issue—the cups. They don't hold the drinks well. Over the past three months, every time I've been here, I've experienced the same problem: my drink keeps spilling out of the cup, as shown in the picture."

"The staff here are generally very friendly and always keep a positive outlook! However, I've noticed that the women sometimes come across as having a bit of an attitude. It would be great if they could at least act like they enjoy their jobs. I understand that times are tough, but a little kindness and a smile can make a big difference. I almost considered leaving when I asked for a new cup and one of the women frowned at me. I politely made my request, so it was disappointing to receive that kind of reaction. I’m especially attentive to cleanliness since I’ve had COVID three times this year, and I’m just trying to look after myself."

"I had to try the new Chili Cheeseburger with Fritos! I placed my order through the app and when I arrived, they recognized my name and ensured my order was being prepared. They brought my food out hot and exactly as I requested! I chose the junior burger because the regular size is just a bit too much for one meal. My burger had the perfect amount of chili on it, and the melty cheese and Fritos were fantastic. Just a heads up: the app doesn't allow you to request extra or less of these special items, and I wish I could have had the chips on the side to keep them crunchy after finishing my fries. I always try to eat my fries while they’re still HOT! The beverage area was well-maintained, and the server who delivered my food was friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great lunch break! "

"This was my first visit! I’ve heard that Whataburger is Texas's equivalent to In-N-Out. I found the burger to be quite flavorful, and I really enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars is that there was a slight taste, as if it had been kept in a fast-food warmer, which some people might find unappealing."

"Unfortunately i was missing an order this morning and went back to this store and they gave me my missing order but said i had received it, so at that point i asked for the manager and the lady said i am the manager and i put your order in with the others you ordered. so im really shocked that she was calling me a liar basically after i had to come back for my missing order. WOWshort story long, i order Big amounts of meals for our business from this store twice a month (not again for this mistake from the manager of calling me a liar)"

"My coworkers and I order an online pick up for our lunch break and they missed a whole order of chicken strips. A cookie and we ordered an extra gravy. That gravy was thrown in and popped. It got all over the chicken sandwich so I needed to go back and askfor that. When I went in and i asked them to replace it they got the sandwich right but they didn?t put my fries in and thetoast for my chicken strip basket, So I had to ask them to put my fries in and put in my extra gravy. The food was delicious butit was frustrating having to go back. The people bagging the order need to make sure everything is in there so things like thiswon?t happen. The bag should be checked twice before it goes out."

"I hadn't had Whataburger in 20 years, but it was just as I remembered. The line was quite long, and unfortunately, they didn’t have Frito Pie at the airport location, which was disappointing. Overall, though, the food was delicious, and the spicy ketchup is a unique addition that I haven't seen anywhere else. This place ranks among the best fast food spots in the country, and if you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely worth it. I also appreciate the option to customize the burgers with extra toppings."

"I really like Whataburger, but for some reason, this location frequently gets my order wrong. I ordered a Whataburger Jr. and a chicken strip sandwich, but when I got home, I discovered they had given me two chicken strip sandwiches instead. On my next visit, I ordered a Jr. meal, a chicken sandwich, and a chili cheese toast, but they forgot the small fries that are supposed to come with the Jr. meal. In summary, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious, but they definitely need to work on their quality control."

"Came here today at 1 pm and waited 30 mins to get my food and I didn't even get what I ordered and took my whole lunch break. I ordered the jalapeno burger and got grilled onions instead of raw. But I Got no onions and only two jalapenos. The girl that brought me out my food said that a Fry was down. No told me that when I ordered to let me know it would take longer so I could decide to stay or go elsewhere but they don't care. But when I pulled into the parking spot to check my food it was all cold. I went inside to get my side I was charged but never received it. Also asked for ketchup and got none. No worries I'll never be back. That $18 big mac doesn't seem so bad now. At least I get my food fast there."
