"The menu was straightforward, filled with tempting choices. Our server was friendly, and I appreciated that the sommelier came over immediately to share the specials for the evening.
We began our meal with a tuna tartare, which was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. The colors of the tuna were stunning, and I was so immersed in enjoying the delicious food that I forgot to take pictures! What I loved most about the tuna tartare, aside from its flavor, taste, and tenderness, was the sauce that accompanied it. I could eat that sauce every day!
Next, we shared a Chaufa, which was spectacular. The burst of flavors in my mouth was phenomenal, and everything was cooked to perfection. I had seen pictures of this place and thought their food would be packed with flavor, but it wasn't until I tasted it that I truly recognized the depth of flavor they offer.
They're located in a shopping center, which means parking is free but can be limited. My advice is to make a reservation and give yourself an extra 10 minutes just in case."
