"I ordered two subs from here today and they gave me the wrong order. When I said something about it being wrong, I got a very unpleasant star from the staff. I wanted to be nice. They assured me they replaced them with the right subs. Even a little waited for me to make them new. When I came home, it was the wrong ones! You lied to me. Because of the dirty appearance and dishonestness. Better."

"We had been here before for ice cream several times and I've had the subs as well. Everything is good here! We enjoy coming here when we want ice cream instead of custard and there are lots of flavors to choose from. It's all hand-scooped and you can get various cones and dishes. This time I got Midnight Munchies which is a great option if your sweet tooth needs a fix. The employee who served us was very kind and welcoming. She let my kids try a couple samples before they decided what kind to get. I feel the prices for everything are reasonable for what you get and it tastes delicious too! My kids asked when we can go back!"

"Chocolate Factory....you need NEW turkey. You are using a smoked one that is awful. Any other substitutes you can use? I won't be eating here for awhile I guess. Turkey is the only sub I get. Hoping for a Jersey Mike's in our new strip mall! Best turkey!"

"I was very disappointed when I received my The Phoenix. Unfortunately there was no pepper jack cheese that is usually on it. It is the reason I order that sandwich. I love the pepper jack cheese and it just adds so much flavor to the sandwich. so when I first bit into it I knew something was off. and when I checked the sandwich I found out it was missing the pepper jack cheese. I hope next time I order that it is made correctly."
