"On April 18th, 2022, while in the same parking lot, there was another attempt for a $10 charge with the actual name of what I suspect is an employee's name. The person I was with also had a $10 charge. When we asked to speak to a manager, they pretended not to know who the person was with the business logo attached to their name. They reversed the payment, but I am at a loss as to how they were able to steal funds when I had only been in the business once on April 18th and this was a new card. I have yet to hear from the manager, but I will be filing a police report with the name of the person attached to these fraudulent charges on my card.
Since this incident, I have been experiencing random charges like Xbox for $108 and PlayStation for just under $5. This might be related, and I believe they are. I would give them a zero if I could for their inability to resolve the issue they caused, their ability to secure a non-customer's card and charge it twice, suspected fraudulent activity, poor management, and lack of call backs. The manager did not even bother to call back."
