"However, the food is quite tasty! DOMU stands out as one of the few ramen restaurants that makes its own noodles, and their broths are really flavorful. The portions are generous, and I always find it hard to finish my bowl of ramen. I typically go for the traditional and popular tonkotsu because it really reflects the quality of a ramen place. I absolutely love DOMU’s tonkotsu! On my last visit, we ordered the Richie Rich and a medium curry. Both dishes were delicious, and I found the heat level of the medium curry to be quite manageable. We also enjoyed the DOMU wings in a seasonal flavor (yuzu citrus pepper), which were also tasty.
As for the service, it was just okay. The server we had seemed a bit distracted, and our food took a while to arrive. When it finally did, there was a slight issue with my bowl—the noodles were undercooked and clumpy. I mentioned this to the server, who quickly took it back to have a new bowl made, but unfortunately, that also took a while. By the time I received my corrected meal, my dining companion had already finished theirs.
Overall, it's a solid ramen spot, but perhaps not ideal for a date. Take-out might be a better option!"
