"The prices were reasonable for what I ordered: a burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was juicy and served hot, and the addition of avocado complemented it nicely. The fries were decent too—thick-cut and hot—but I felt there could have been more of them. At first, I was the only customer in the place, but soon a few more people came in. One of my favorite burger spots in San Antonio is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall, located in a convenience store, so I didn’t mind that Stomps is also part of a convenience store; that’s quite common these days. The only drawbacks were that it felt a bit dark inside and wasn’t the cleanest. One of the staff members was very attentive and helpful, providing me with several drink refills, though it seemed like some of the others weren't doing much."
