"Back in the days me and my homies would stay out late party all night long eating early hours of morning. That was party and mob life until our place got raided and our international connection also went down. This was back when this place was ABC Bakery for those that don't know. Certainly not fond memories, but that's what this seat means to me that I'm seated at tonight. Sobo Ramen Pop-up is operated from 9 p.m. to midnight on fri/sat only with shared space from their regular ramen joint. You can sit at counter or table no guarantee if it's busy though. Workers just transition over once other is closed up. Pop-up menu isn't as extensive, but cover most basic dishes and bowl. Ramen was decent at this time of the night more flavors than their normal seating side. Broth was f*cking delicious that I actually tip bowl and drink it. The lychee cocktail was pretty good and strong with a plump juicy lychee floating on top. I enjoy my late night ramen meal and won't mind returning for other cocktails.
