"What he said next shocked me. He told me to just "hide it from him" and suggested I cover the screen with my hand. I was taken aback and, to my disbelief, I thought I heard him curse at me in Cantonese after I addressed him in Mandarin. I truly cannot express how rude and unsettling this experience was; I've never encountered such poor service in my life.
